Blowing Agent

Chemical blowing agents are additives used in the manufacture of polymeric foams. The chemical blowing agents are stable under moderate storage conditions but decompose at elevated temperatures during the processing of polymers to generate gas which forms a foam structure in the polymer matrix. We can supply a variety of blowing agents suitable for your application.

Product Specifications: Various blowing agent grades can be used in the rubber, EVA, LD, and PVC products.

Some desirable properties of blowing agent products:

  • Narrow gas release temperature range.
  • Non corrosive reaction products.
  • Compatibility of reaction products.
  • Stability in storage.
  • High dispensability.
  • Suitably activated to decompose at your application temperature.
  • Uniform cell size
  • Smooth surface finish

Phenol Formaldehyde Resin For Foundry Applications

Stearic Acid

Stearic acid is a saturated fatty acid with an 18-carbon chain. It is a waxy solid and its chemical formula is C₁₇H₃₅CO₂H. The salts and esters of stearic acid are called stearates. It is a majorly found as a component of shea butter and cocoa butter.

Stearic acid is mainly used in the production of detergents, soaps, and cosmetics such as shampoos and shaving cream products. Soaps are not made directly from stearic acid, but indirectly by saponification of triglycerides consisting of stearic acid esters. Beside it also goes in Rubber, Plastic, Candle, Cosmetic, Metal Polish, Textile industries.

Factices

Factice is vulcanized unsaturated vegetable or animal oil, used as a processing aid and property modifier in rubber. Longer chain fatty-acid containing oils such as rapeseed or meadowfoam produce a harder, more desirable factice.

We can supply various grades of Factices like Brown Factice, White Factice, Sona (Golden) Factice, Softex Factice, Nitrex Factice as per the requirement of clients.

The material is processed under the guidance of experts / professionals using high-grade ingredients and other composites, ensuring its complete purity and as per international quality.

Sulphur Powder

We can supply excellent range of high-grade uniform sized Sulphur powder manufactured from sulphur granules. The sulphur granules are precisely grinded under the surveillance of professionals to produce sulphur powder as per the requirement.

Sulphur Powder is used in rubber products, tyres, latex industries.

We can supply the product in two grades namely Rubber grade & Micro Fine.

Zinc Oxide

Zinc oxide is an inorganic compound with the formula ZnO. ZnO is a white powder that is insoluble in water. It is used as an additive in numerous materials and products including cosmetics, food supplements, rubbers, plastics, ceramics, glass, cement, lubricants, paints, ointments, adhesives, sealants, pigments, foods, batteries, ferrites, fire retardants, and first-aid tapes. Although it occurs naturally as the mineral zincite, most zinc oxide is produced synthetically.

Zinc Oxide can affect you when breathed in. * Exposure to Zinc Oxide can cause “metal fume fever.” This is a flu-like illness with symptoms of metallic taste in the mouth, headache, fever and chills, aches, chest tightness and cough.

We can supply Zinc Oxide of finest quality with different purity as per requirement of client.

Zinc Hydroxide

We can supply Zinc Hydroxide for rubber industry. It can be used in manufacturing rubber compounds for manufacturing products like rubber sheet, animal mats or any product of low cost.

It helps in bringing down the cost of compound and thereby making the product competitive.

Polyethylene Glycol (PEG)

Polyethylene glycol is a polyether compound derived from petroleum with many applications, from industrial manufacturing to medicine. PEG is also known as polyethylene oxide or polyoxyethylene, depending on its molecular weight. The structure of PEG is commonly expressed as H−ₙ−OH.

Polyethylene glycol compounds are widespread in household products from skin care and cosmetics, to baby wipes and cleaners. They are used as thickeners, softeners, moisture-carrying agents, penetration enhancers, and surfactants.

These are essentially non-toxic, stable and versatile solvents that find application in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, oral care, automotive, textile, paint, resin and plastic, and ceramic industries.

We can supply PEG 200, PEG 400, PEG 600, PEG 1000, PEG 2000. PEG 4000, PEG 6000
manufactured by renowned companies for various application.

Oleic Acid

Oleic acid is a fatty acid that occurs naturally in various animal and vegetable fats and oils. It is an odorless, colorless oil, although commercial samples may be yellowish.

Oleic acid is used as a component in many foods, in the form of its triglycerides. It is a component of the normal human diet, being a part of animal fats and vegetable oils.

Oleic acid as its sodium salt is a major component of soap as an emulsifying agent. It is also used as an emollient. Small amounts of oleic acid are used as an excipient in pharmaceuticals, and it is used as an emulsifying or solubilizing agent in aerosol products.

We are offering Fatty Acid- Oliec acid ( various grades), manufactured by Godrej and other companies. They are used in many industries like Textile, Rubber, Lubricants, Resins, Paints, Printing Inks, Oil Fiels, mining, construction chemicals.. etc.

Calcium Chloride

Calcium chloride is an inorganic compound, a salt with the chemical formula CaCl₂. It is a white coloured crystalline solid at room temperature, and it is highly soluble in water.

Calcium chloride is widely used as an additive in plastics, wastewater treatment plants, and blast furnaces to improve processes and characteristics. Used as an agent to lower the freezing point of water, calcium chloride is very effective for preventing ice formation on road surfaces and as use as a deicer

Calcium chloride poses some serious health and safety hazards. If ingested, calcium chloride can lead to burns in the mouth and throat, excess thirst, vomiting, stomach pain, low blood pressure, and other possible severe health effects. It can also irritate skin by causing excessive dryness or desiccating moist skin.

Calcium Chloride can be supplied in Lumps, Prills & Powder form depending upon the availability & requirement.

Alphox 200

Alphox 200 is used as a co-emulsifier in nonionic surfactant blends, a defoaming agent in cold water cleaners and as an oil soluble detergent and dispersing agent for petroleum oils.

Alphox 200 is having stunning properties such as colourless liquid soluble in water, vegetable oil, alcohol, Glycol ethers, chloroform but insoluble in mineral oil and kerosene.

Calcium Chloride can be supplied in Lumps, Prills & Powder form depending upon the availability & requirement.

Citric Acid

Citric acid is the organic compound with the chemical formula HOC(CH₂CO₂H)₂. Usually encountered as a white solid, it is a weak organic acid. It occurs naturally in citrus fruits. In biochemistry, it is an intermediate in the citric acid cycle, which occurs in the metabolism of all aerobic organisms.

Because of its acidic, sour-tasting nature, citric acid is predominantly used as a flavoring and preserving agent — especially in soft drinks and candies. It’s also used to stabilize or preserve medicines and as a disinfectant against viruses and bacteria.

Silicone Emulsion

Silicone emulsions are insoluble silicones evenly dispersed in water with the aid of an emulsifying surfactant. They can be divided into three groups, depending on the type of emulsifier system used, i.e. they can be anionic, cationic and non-ionic.

Emulsion silicones are used in: Rubber and plastics as release agents and lubricants. Food trays and plastic serving dishes as release agents. Car polishes and household cleaners to improve protection, resistance, gloss and spread ability.
